The Chinese Giant Peppers are extremely large, almost square in shape. The fruits can be 6 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter. The pepper turn from dark green and matures into a bright cherry red.

Try to avoid planting hot and sweet peppers next to one another, due to cross-pollination, as this can affect flavors and affect harvesting viable seeds for collecting.
