Pepper - Jalapeno Mild/Hot TAM

It is similar to other jalapenos in size and shape but has a lighter green color and is known to be a mild, hot pepper. The peppers are usually about 2-3 inches long and have thick walls, which make them ideal for stuffing, grilling, pickling, or canning. 

The pepper is popular due to its adaptability to different climates and soils. It is also know for producing great yields.

The TAM Jalapeno plants produce approximately between 23-30 peppers with fruits that are 2 ½" long with a tapered end. TAM Jalapeno plants are not as large as standard jalapeno plants, with a mature height of 24-30".

We suggest to wear gloves to avoid skin contact with capsaicin.
