Dill - Dukat

Dukat Dill is a highly aromatic European dill variety prized for its sweet, delicate flavor and abundant, feathery blue-green foliage, making it ideal for fresh use in pickling, salads, sauces, and fish dishes.
Dukat dill has finer leaves, a sweeter and more aromatic flavor, and bolts later than the Mammoth dill. Mammoth grows taller with coarser leaves, stronger flavor, and is better for seed and large-scale pickling.
Dukat is considered better for fresh eating because it has a sweeter, more delicate flavor, finer leaves, higher essential oil content.
