Tendersweet carrots are a variety of long, slender, orange-red carrots that are sweet and tender. They are known for their high sugar content, just next to the sugar beet. Perfect for juicing, canning, roasting, steamed, baked, frozen or eating raw.

Tendersweet are long and tapered, with a semi-blunt end. They have a rich orange color and an indistinct core.
